PAYS D'OC
THE SOUL OF THE LANGUEDOC WINE REGION
With its unique diversity of terroirs, the Pays d’Oc area is able to magnify individual characteristics of each grape varieties like no other wine region in the world. The Pays d'Oc vineyard is nestled between the Mediterranean coastline in the South, with its 200 km of beaches, and mountain summits and valleys in the North, with the Montagne Noire and the Pyrenean foothills.
TERROIR
King Rabbit Rosé
WINEMAKING
The grapes are harvested early in the morning. As they arrive at the cellar, they are destemmed and carefully pressed to slowly extract premium juices. During thefermentation, the must is put in a CO2 saturated atmosphere to avoid any oxidation. Juices are left to ferment at 16-18°C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is kept on its fine lees for 4 months before bottling, enhancing the aromasand the creamy texture of the wine.
Then, the wine is stabilized, filtered and bottled with in-line carbonation.
TASTING NOTES
Lovely light pink color shining through the glass. The aromas of fresh red fruits such as juicy strawberries are supported by pink grapefruit notes. This is a refreshing, punchy rosé with ripe red fruits flavors on the creamy and slightly sweet length.

King Rabbit Malbec
WINEMAKING
Malbec originally comes from the South of France. To craft this original Malbec, our winemakers selected some of the coolest Pays d’Oc vineyards.
The grapes are harvested once they reach the perfect balance of acidity and sugar. After destemming, the maceration last about 15 days at a temperature of 26 to 28°C, in small stainless-steel tanks, providing a precise winemaking.
Floating skins are regularly pushed down into the fermenting wine.
This extraction technique is called “Pigeage”.
At the end of the process, the wine is kept on stainless-steel tank for 5 months before bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Lovely glossy ruby in colour. On the nose the wine displays dark red fruit, red plum and blackberry, with a hint of dried leaves.
This is a very approachable wine, with a smooth palate and silky tannins.
A great structure, with a balanced acidity and an elegant finish.
